So, what "medicine" can change your life?  Exercise!  There is so much research showing the benefits of exercise, and how much difference it makes in people's lives.  All it takes is 30 minutes each day to make a difference, and all it takes is a walk!

The truth is, you do not have to run a marathon to exercise.  A brisk walk is a great way to get started.  So, if you are not active at all and you start implementing 30 minutes of exercise each day, it will likely change your life!
